The EKOMER concept includes a 300 liter accumulator tank with a 4 kW immersion heater. The tank is specially designed for low energy houses and is attached to the solar panels and the other energy sources, such as the air source heat pump and the water jacketed pellets stove or fireplace (available as optional choice). The immersion heater is included in the system as back up and security.
